Web Portal

The web portal allows you to:

  • Create and update a database in which the available AEDs and their geolocation are recorded;
  • Share AED information or updates.

Within the portal you can also view:

  • AED Registration
  • Register of trained persons
  • Register of training organizations
  • Instructor Register

Built-in console

The built-in console allows the operations center operator to:

  • Geolocate the individual devices for public use nearest the user;
  • Acquire real-time information on the status of individual AEDs;
  • Detect any malfunctions or need for repair.

DAETrack can be integrated into the SISTO console.

App DAE Track

The application allows you to:

  • Access the system for consultation;
  • Configure accounts thanks to the “user management” function, which allows you to create users with differing levels of access (supervisor, administrator, general user, first responder);
  • Geolocate the nearest AEDs for public use on a map;
  • Alert trained users who are in close proximity to a person in cardiac arrest.

Real-time AED monitoring

In the event of a failure of the battery of the devices or near the expiration of the AED plates, the system sends alerts. Maintenance operators will be able to view the report and initiate the necessary procedures.

Smart Maintenance Support

If the operations center does not restore the AEDs full efficiency, the system will temporarily dim the device (do it does not appear in the app among those available in the area) until it is restored and then realigned with the system.

How DAE Track works

With DAE Track, interested users can easily locate the AEDs for public use closest to their location. The app also allows healthcare professionals to geolocate users registered with personal accounts.

When a person needs help for cardiac arrest and the emergency number is called, the healthcare professional on the phone identifies the presence of AED devices on the map in the proximity to the emergency event.

At the same time, the DAE Track alerts users registered in the system as suitable subjects for the use of the AED (medical personnel, trained subjects, etc.) who are in the vicinity of the event to request their availability to intervene.

Users registered in the system as subjects eligible to use the AED will receive the notification and will be able to take the call.

When the user takes the request, the system will start the navigator that will guide the user to the location of the AED and the subject in cardiac arrest.

Once the person in difficulty has been reached, rescue procedures will be initiated and at the same time a notification will be sent to the Operations Center.
